Guarantee to break a sweat! We recommend to wear comfortable running shoes and light clothing or bring change of clothes.

Must be ages 13 or 5’2 tall to play in public sessions. For ages under 13 please call for more information on private booking sessions.

We require all public and private bookings to arrive at least 30 mins ahead of their session time to insure all players are checked in and ready to start debriefing/gear up on time.

All public games sessions are 90 mins long with debriefing and gearing up included. Approximately 60 mins of playing time.
